Article corrections

Include the page URL, the statement or step you are asking about, and a short explanation. A link to current official documentation helps us assess a feature change. If relevant, mention your operating system and app version without sending device identifiers.

Privacy requests

Use “Privacy request” as your email subject. Tell us the right you wish to exercise and your country or state. You do not need a CloudSync account. We may ask for reasonable information to identify the relevant records and verify your request.

For a sale or sharing opt-out, you may use “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” as the subject. Our privacy policy explains regional rights, response periods and advertising choices.

Advertising and website issues

For an ad concern, include the page URL, advertiser name and approximate time. For a broken link or display problem, describe what happened and your browser/device type. Remove personal information from any screenshot before sending it.

What we cannot access

CloudSync cannot access your Google, Apple, WhatsApp or cloud-provider account; cancel their subscriptions; recover deleted files; or inspect your private backups. Contact the relevant provider for account, billing or recovery support.

Protect your information

Do not email passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, identity documents or private photo libraries. We will not ask for your password or remote access to your device to review an editorial correction.

We review messages as we are able and do not promise an immediate support response. Applicable privacy-request deadlines are addressed in our privacy policy. Correspondence is used to handle your request and related follow-up.
