No access to your storage

We cannot see how much free space you have or which files are safe for you to delete. Illustrations and advertising questions describe common problems; they do not report a measurement taken from your device.

Deletion, synchronization and backup

Deleting a file can be permanent. With synchronization, deletion may also affect connected devices and online copies. Before removing an important original, verify that an appropriate separate copy exists, opens correctly and will not be removed by the same synchronization action.

Neither an upload indicator nor an app installation guarantees recoverability. Retention limits, account access, encryption credentials and provider rules may affect whether a copy can be restored.

Platform and app limitations

Advice depends on device model, software version, app permissions, region and subscription plan. Interfaces and product features may change. Third-party apps cannot necessarily access protected operating-system data, and CloudSync does not promise that a cleaner can remove iPhone System Data.

Check current official instructions and permissions before installing an app or changing settings. No specific amount of recovered space, completion time or uninterrupted service is promised.

App and cloud-provider recommendations are informational. Verify current pricing, storage limits, renewals, cancellation terms and privacy policies with the provider. CloudSync is not responsible for operating those services or resolving their billing and account disputes.

When to seek help

If files are irreplaceable, storage behavior is unclear or a device may be failing, pause before deleting or resetting anything and seek qualified assistance. General guidance cannot account for every recovery risk.
